Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, portals and services of BestEventsWala ("BestEventsWala", "we", "us", "our"), operated from India. By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service Model
BestEventsWala provides corporate decoration and event services across India. We are a managed service platform:
- BestEventsWala is your sole contracting party. Every order is placed with BestEventsWala, and BestEventsWala is responsible for delivery of the service to you.
- We may engage independent, verified vendor partners to execute part or all of an event. Vendor partners work under BestEventsWala's supervision, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality controls.
- All communication, coordination and payment happen exclusively through BestEventsWala. Clients and vendor partners do not deal with each other directly. Order chat and calls in our portals connect you with the BestEventsWala team, who coordinate with the assigned vendor on your behalf.
2. No Direct Engagement (Anti-Circumvention)
- Clients must not solicit, contact, negotiate with, or directly engage any vendor partner introduced through BestEventsWala, during an order and for 12 months after its completion, other than through the platform.
- Vendor partners must not solicit or accept work directly from any client introduced through BestEventsWala during the same period.
- Sharing personal contact details, payment details, or attempting to move an order off-platform is a material breach and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts (for vendors), and recovery of losses.
- Off-platform dealings are not recognised and not protected. Any communication, agreement, arrangement or payment made outside BestEventsWala's official channels is entirely at your own risk. We do not record, verify, mediate or stand behind anything arranged off-platform, and we accept no liability and offer no refund, compensation or dispute resolution for any loss, fraud, non-delivery or problem arising from it. Only orders placed and paid through BestEventsWala are covered by our service commitments and refund policy.
3. Enquiries & Orders
- An enquiry is a request for a proposal and is not binding on either party. Our team will respond, typically within 24 hours, with a scope and quotation.
- An order is confirmed only when BestEventsWala issues a written confirmation (order number) and any agreed advance payment is received.
- Order scope, dates, venue details and pricing are as recorded in the order. Changes must be requested through the platform or your assigned manager and may affect pricing.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged as applicable and a tax invoice issued.
- Payments must be made only to BestEventsWala's official bank accounts or payment channels stated on the invoice. Never pay a vendor or individual directly; we are not responsible for payments made outside the platform.
- Unless agreed otherwise, orders require an advance to confirm and the balance before or on the event date.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate venue, timing and access information, and required permissions/permits for the venue.
- Ensure safe access, power supply and reasonable working conditions for the execution team.
- Report any service issue during or within 48 hours of the event through the platform or your assigned manager, so we can resolve it.
7. Vendor Partners
- Vendor partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of BestEventsWala, except that BestEventsWala remains responsible to the client for the delivery of the ordered services.
- Vendor onboarding, verification (GSTIN/PAN), zone assignment, payouts and performance ratings are governed by the vendor agreement accepted at onboarding.
8. Ratings & Feedback
Clients may rate completed orders. Ratings must be honest and relate to the service delivered. We may use anonymised feedback to improve quality and to assess vendor performance.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, including: attempting unauthorised access, scraping, uploading unlawful content, impersonating others, or using order chat/calls for anything other than the order. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — designs, text, logos, photographs — belongs to BestEventsWala or its licensors. Event photographs may be used in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
11. Liability
- We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Where a service issue is our responsibility, our liability is limited to re-performance or a refund of the amount paid for the affected part of the order.
- Our total aggregate liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or venue-imposed restrictions. Where an event is affected by force majeure we will work with you to reschedule.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Accrued rights (including payment obligations for confirmed orders) survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to first raise any dispute with our grievance officer (Section 15) — most issues are resolved within a few working days.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
