Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, portals and services of BestEventsWala ("BestEventsWala", "we", "us", "our"), operated from India. By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service Model
BestEventsWala operates an online marketplace that connects businesses ("Clients") with independent, verified decoration and event vendors ("Vendors") across India:
- A Client posts an enquiry (a requirement). Eligible Vendors review it and submit quotes. The Client accepts a quote, which creates a confirmed order between that Client and Vendor.
- Clients and Vendors deal with each other directly — they communicate, coordinate and agree terms through the platform's chat and their own contact details, which are shared once engaged.
- BestEventsWala's role is to facilitate: we verify Vendors, provide the platform and tools, and may assist or oversee where needed. Except where we expressly act as the contracting party for a specific service, the contract for the event is between the Client and the Vendor.
2. Verification & Responsibilities
- We verify Vendor business details (GSTIN/PAN) at onboarding, but Clients remain responsible for satisfying themselves about a Vendor's suitability before accepting a quote.
- Vendors are responsible for delivering the service they quote for, to the agreed scope, quality and safety standards.
- Both parties agree to communicate honestly and professionally, and to honour accepted quotes and confirmed orders.
3. Enquiries, Quotes & Orders
- An enquiry is a request for quotes and is not binding. A quote is a Vendor's price offer; it is binding on the Vendor once accepted by the Client, until withdrawn before acceptance.
- An order is confirmed when a Client accepts a quote. The order records the agreed price, scope, date and venue.
- Changes to a confirmed order should be agreed directly between the Client and Vendor through the platform and may affect pricing.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST and invoicing are the responsibility of the Vendor where the Vendor is the contracting party; a tax invoice should be issued as applicable.
- Payment terms (advance, balance, method) are agreed directly between the Client and Vendor for the confirmed order. We recommend recording payments in the platform for transparency.
- Where BestEventsWala collects payment on a Vendor's behalf for a specific order, the terms of that arrangement will be stated at the time.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate venue, timing and access information, and required permissions/permits for the venue.
- Ensure safe access, power supply and reasonable working conditions for the execution team.
- Report any service issue during or within 48 hours of the event through the platform or your assigned manager, so we can resolve it.
7. Vendor Partners
- Vendor partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of BestEventsWala, except that BestEventsWala remains responsible to the client for the delivery of the ordered services.
- Vendor onboarding, verification (GSTIN/PAN), zone assignment, payouts and performance ratings are governed by the vendor agreement accepted at onboarding.
8. Ratings & Feedback
Clients may rate completed orders. Ratings must be honest and relate to the service delivered. We may use anonymised feedback to improve quality and to assess vendor performance.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, including: attempting unauthorised access, scraping, uploading unlawful content, impersonating others, or using order chat/calls for anything other than the order. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — designs, text, logos, photographs — belongs to BestEventsWala or its licensors. Event photographs may be used in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
11. Liability
- We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Where a service issue is our responsibility, our liability is limited to re-performance or a refund of the amount paid for the affected part of the order.
- Our total aggregate liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or venue-imposed restrictions. Where an event is affected by force majeure we will work with you to reschedule.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Accrued rights (including payment obligations for confirmed orders) survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Disputes

We encourage you to first raise any dispute with our grievance officer (Section 15) — most issues are resolved within a few working days.
