How quickly will you respond to my requirement?

A coordinator will call you within one working day. If your event is close, WhatsApp us with the date and we will move faster.

Who do I deal with - BEST EVENTSWALA or the decorator?

Only us. You have one coordinator, one agreement and one bill from BEST EVENTSWALA. We choose, brief, supervise and pay the decorators.

How is my order confirmed?

We send you a proposal and an agreement, which you can read and sign online. Once our manager has checked it, you get an order number and a login to your client portal.

Do you handle events in multiple cities on the same day?

Yes. We plan all the sites together and put a local team at each one, so every office or plant gets the same look on the same day.

How do payments and invoices work?

The terms are in your agreement - usually an advance first and the balance after the event. You get a GST bill from BEST EVENTSWALA, and every payment shows in your client portal.

Can we change the design after confirming?

Yes. Ask in your client portal or tell your coordinator. If the change affects the price or timing, we tell you in writing before we go ahead.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

You can move the date once for free if you tell us at least 15 days before the event. For a cancellation, the refund depends on how much notice you give - see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
