Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all confirmed orders with BestEventsWala and forms part of our Terms of Service. Event decoration involves advance procurement of materials, design work and crew scheduling, so refunds are tiered by how far in advance you cancel.
1. Cancellation by the Client
You can cancel an order from your client portal or by writing to your assigned manager. The cancellation date is the date we receive your request. Refunds are calculated on the total amount paid:

Amounts retained cover design work, materials already procured, and vendor/crew commitments made for your event. Orders already completed or already cancelled cannot be cancelled again.
2. Rescheduling
We understand corporate dates move. One reschedule to a mutually agreed date is offered free of charge if requested at least 15 days before the event; later requests are accommodated on a best-effort basis and may attract a rescheduling charge for already-committed materials or crew.
3. Cancellation by BestEventsWala
If we are unable to deliver a confirmed order for reasons within our control, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, or, at your option, a reschedule or equivalent alternative service.
4. Force Majeure
If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party's control (natural calamity, government restriction, venue closure, etc.), we will first offer to reschedule at no charge. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund the amount paid less documented, non-recoverable costs already incurred.
5. Service Issues on Event Day
If any part of the delivered service does not match the confirmed order scope, report it through the platform or to your assigned manager during the event or within 48 hours. After verification we will, at our discretion, fix the issue, offer a partial refund, or credit the affected amount toward a future order.
6. Off-Platform Dealings Are Not Covered
This policy applies only to orders placed and paid through BestEventsWala. If you communicate, negotiate, arrange work or make payment directly with a vendor or any individual outside the platform, that transaction is not part of our service. We cannot verify it, will not mediate it, and it is not eligible for any refund, compensation or dispute resolution. Keeping everything on BestEventsWala is what allows us to protect you — please do not take an order off-platform.
7. How Refunds Are Paid
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
- GST on refunded amounts is adjusted via credit note as per law.
- Refunds are made only to the entity that paid BestEventsWala — never through vendors or third parties.
